Ergonomics Assessment Level 1
Ergonomic assessments involve analyzing a workers task and the conditions of the workplace by taking into account each individual's human mechanics, workplace requirements and job duties. A proper assessment ensures that workstations and tasks are set up to fit the body shape and work behaviours of individual workers, and can go a long way in reducing musculoskeletal injuries (MSI).
A Level 1 assessment consists of reviewing risks, opportunities and recommending solutions to prevent MSIs. It is carried out by our OHS Consultant and will be reviewed for accuracy by our Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE).
